Kirsten E. Guerin is an Associate attorney and a member of our Real Estate Practice Group and practices primarily in the areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions, representing developers and landowners in connection with the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of commercial, industrial and residential projects. She also covers an array of general business, banking and corporate matters. As a native of the Sarasota-Bradenton area, Kirsten is a graduate of Lakewood Ranch High School and is actively growing her involvement in the Sarasota and Bradenton communities. She is a Board member of the Sarasota Seminole Club and is also a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, The Florida Bar; Young Lawyer’s Division, Real Property Section, Probate and Trust and Business Law Section.
Kirsten is a double alumna from Florida State University, receiving her bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and Business in 2013, and her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 2016. While in law school, she earned the Business Law Certificate with Honors, and achieved Book Awards for Contracts, Transactional Drafting, and Contracting Drafting. She also worked with and provided legal services for a non-profit business incubator, whose mission was to equip entrepreneurs and start-up companies with the tools necessary to launch and scale their business ventures.
Outside of the office, Kirsten enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and following Florida State athletics.
