Norton Hammersley are proud to announce that Michael P. Infanti has been named a Partner. Mr. Infanti routinely represents individuals, developers and landowners in the acquisition, sale, development and leasing of stabilized and distressed condominium and other real estate projects throughout the state of Florida.  Mr. Infanti also represents local and national banks in the negotiation, structure and documentation of commercial debt and equity transactions, loan workouts and foreclosures.  He is experienced in the negotiation, drafting and preparation of virtually all forms of commercial contracts and agreements.

Mr. Infanti is a graduate of the Warrington School of Business at the University of Florida, where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1997, with honors.  After graduating from the University of Florida, Mr. Infanti entered a dual degree program at Stetson University College of Law, where he graduated with both a Juris Doctor Degree and a Masters of Business Administration Degree in 2000, Summa Cum Laude.  Mr. Infanti is actively involved in various community and professional organizations.

We are also pleased to welcome Christopher J. Fowler to our practice.  Mr. Fowler is an associate attorney and a member of our estate planning, estate administration, and asset preservation practice group and our business and tax law practice group. He focuses his practice primarily on estate planning, business planning, asset preservation planning, and tax planning. Mr. Fowler has experience in assisting clients with estate planning, asset preservation planning, and tax planning, including drafting Advance Healthcare Directives, Powers of Attorney, Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, Grantor-Retained Annuity Trusts, Gift Trusts for Children and Grandchildren, and Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts. Mr. Fowler also has experience in assisting clients with business planning, including drafting LLC Operating Agreements, Buy/Sell Agreements, and Corporate Bylaws.

After graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Business Administration (Finance), Mr. Fowler attended Florida International University College of Law.   At FIU Law, he was the Founding Treasurer of the FIU Business Law Society and achieved the CALI Excellence for the Future Award® in his Seminar, Financial Sector: Crisis and Regulation. After graduating from FIU Law, Mr. Fowler obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law.
